The symbiosis life of a cleaner shrimp and a fish was photographed in a pinna of the Mediterranean.

The pinna was dead a long time ago leaving its crust to a shrimp. Some fish and most of the shrimps are nurses- doctors of the underwater. They eat parasites or infected skin of the fish underwater. Keeping them safe and healthy. I was lucky to take this shot. The magazine presented a portfolio of my work and I was honored to be on the cover page. – Kerim Sabuncuoglu
